From Standard to Ultra-Precision Machining – We Handle It All
Rapicast offers world-class CNC machining services that meet a wide range of client needs—from standard mechanical parts to high-end, precision-engineered components. Whether you require simple 3-axis milling or ultra-complex 5-axis machining, we have the skills, experience, and technology to deliver parts that meet even the most demanding industry specifications.
Powerful Capabilities with 3-Axis to 5-Axis Precision
We are equipped to handle:
3-axis machining for cost-effective, high-speed part production
4-axis and 5-axis machining for multi-surface precision and reduced setups
Low to mid-volume production with exceptional repeatability
Our machining tolerances meet ±0.005 mm or tighter depending on geometry and material, ensuring that your parts function flawlessly in their intended applications—from industrial housings to aerospace-grade fittings.
Working Process
1
File Review & Quotation
You send us your 3D CAD files, 2D drawings, or specifications. Our engineers review them for manufacturability and provide a detailed quote with lead time, material options, and any technical suggestions.
2
Machining Preparation
Once the quote is approved, we program the toolpaths using advanced CAM software and set up the proper fixtures and tools. Material blocks are prepared and loaded into the appropriate CNC machine (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis depending on part complexity).
3
Precision Machining
Your parts are machined using high-precision equipment — including our DMU 95 monoBLOCK 5-axis machining center — ensuring tight tolerances, clean finishes, and geometric accuracy.
4
Post-Processing & Surface Finishing
After machining, parts undergo finishing operations such as deburring, polishing, anodizing, sandblasting, or custom coating depending on your requirements.
5
Quality Inspection
Each part is carefully inspected using calibrated tools and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and compliance with your specifications.
Powered by DMU 95 monoBLOCK – High-End 5-Axis Machining
At the core of our advanced machining capability is the DMU 95 monoBLOCK from DMG MORI – a globally recognized leader in precision manufacturing.
This cutting-edge 5-axis machining center provides:
Full 5-axis simultaneous machining for complex geometries
High stability and rigidity for tough materials and tight tolerances
Large working area (950×850×650 mm) for both small and oversized parts
Superior surface finish and fine detail control
With this machine, Rapicast can produce high-end components with intricate shapes, undercuts, and multi-angle features that are simply not possible with standard CNC setups.
Whether you’re in aerospace, robotics, medical devices, or industrial automation — we have the facility and know-how to turn your most ambitious designs into reality.
