Surface Finish Options
Matte, Glossy, Painting, Transparent Polishing, Texturing.
Applications
Medical device housings, Consumer electronics casing, Automotive interiors, Exhibition models, Industrial equipment covers.

A highly accurate master pattern (often made by CNC machining or 3D printing) is prepared to represent the final part’s shape and surface finish.

The master model is placed in a mold box and liquid silicone is poured around it. Once cured, the silicone is cut open and the master model is removed, leaving a precise cavity.

Liquid polyurethane resin (or similar) is poured into the silicone mold inside a vacuum chamber to remove air bubbles. The resin cures, the mold is opened, and the finished part is removed — ready for trimming and finishing.
Industries Applied
Vacuum casting helps in the development of medical devices, prosthetics, surgical tools, and anatomical models for training, research, and patient-specific applications.
Urethane Casting enables automotive manufacturers to create functional prototypes, test fit and assembly, and evaluate design concepts before full-scale production.
Industries such as electronics, appliances, and furniture can benefit from urethane casting to create and test product designs, evaluate ergonomics, and gather consumer feedback.
We deliver durable, high-precision polyurethane parts that are ideal for equipment testing, pilot production, and customized field solutions.
